Book a demo
Half an hour, the live platform, straight answers.
No slide deck, no discovery call before the demo, and nobody from sales joining to take notes. You will be talking to the person who built it.
Get in touch
Email with a couple of times that suit you, and what your venue is struggling with most.
Email jak@klyk.ukWhat to bring
One real thing beats a list of questions.
Demos of management software all look the same until you put your own work through them. Bring something the venue actually produced and we will run it on screen.
- Last weekend's function sheet, or a wedding you know well
- The form your team fills in most often
- The spreadsheet nobody is allowed to touch
- Next week's rota, and how long it took to build
What happens
Three steps, and none of them is a proposal document.
-
The call
Half an hour. We look at the modules that match what you described, with your example in front of us. If the platform does not do something yet, you will be told so on the call.
-
Your venue, set up
If it looks worth going on with, your venue gets its own address and its own data, with your forms and your departments in it, so you are judging the real thing rather than a sandbox.
-
One module at a time
Start with whichever module removes the most pain, and add the next when the first has earned it. There is no big bang migration and no six month project.
Fair warning
This is early, and you should know that before the call.
Weddings is live at one hotel. Several modules have their data in and their screens being written. If you need a finished product for every department this month, this is not it yet, and we would rather say so now than halfway through a trial. If you want to shape a hospitality platform while it is still being shaped, there is not a better moment.
Ready when you are.
Tell us the venue and what is hurting. We will bring the rest.
